Places to go with 3 yr old, Romsey area.

We are looking after our 3yr.old grand daughter for 3 full days, first week in September. Please could you recommend some suitable (for 2 oldies and a little one!), interesting places to take her within approx. 45 mins drive of Romsey.

Prefer venues at which we could stay most of the day, possibly do some gentle walking, but also have plenty undercover as it's sure to rain!

Paultons Park, rides for small children, birds to see, great lawn for picnics, my two have always enjoyed it there.

Marwell Zoo is also a good day out.

Longdown farm and the otter and owl centre. Both on same road Longdowne, near Ashurst.

Both loved by my and 6year olds.
