A friend is getting married in june 09 and plans to have a hen weekend in may09. We dont want to go out dressed as playboy bunnies etc and draw attention to ourselves. Fancy a nice citybreak type destination, nice bars etc. No wet t-shirt comps.

Any suggestions appreciated.

have already done

  • London
-dublin -brighton

so would probably try and avoid these again

highly recommend it

Barcelona a good plan - you can do a day trip to Sitges, too, and have lovely day at the beach, dinner on the promenade and funny night in mad gay clubs ;-)

Paris
Madrid
Rome

You want a nice and cheap Easyjet flight somewhere.

Very environmentally unfriendly though to go abroad.

Bath is lovely

tiredemma · 18/08/2008 15:57

im off to find some decent priced accom in all these places including barca nad see which works out most reasonable.

I quite like the idea of a citybreak with a beach though

its so hard to price it all up beacuse the blooming lowcost airlines dont release their seat prices until the winter. arseholes.
