clapham common tube - kings cross - child friendly?

Looked for a previous thread on this, but is Clapham Jcn tube accessible for a buggy to King's Cross? Elevators?

Clapham Common and King's X have escalators.

I know loads of people are happy taking buggies on escalators, but if you're not keen, you can get a bus to Elephant and Castle, and change there for another to King's X (45 bus goes all the way, but it does go all around the houses).

You say Clapham Common in the title and Clapham Jct in the post, where are you travelling from? Both have flights of stairs and no lift access.
