can anyone recommend a good car hire company in Italy?

We are flying into Rome Ciampino, need a meduim sized car for a week with a toddler. Several companies seem to say they can't guarantee a car seat, or you pay for it locally etc..
would really like a company who could guarantee a good quality car seat!

plus the car seat is free on most airlines. cheaper than hiring on as they charge over 50 euro.

plus the car seats are appaling that we've had in the past. so bad that we didn't feel they were safe and went and bought one once and brought it back with us.
