DH and myself fancy a weekend away without dd and I've always liked the look of seville.

Anyone have any hotel recommendations or little gems they can recommend?

Thanks

Can't recommend a hotel as we only visited on a day trip while staying in Ronda in April but just wanted to say we really enjoyed our day trip to Seville.

I think it is a very good choice for a weekend away.

Loved the Alcazar and the tapas.

try tripadvsor.com. We stayed at the Hotel Amadeus but wasn't overly impressed, it depends how much you want to spend. The Alfonso is gorgeous but pricey. it is a wonderful city, easy to do in a weekend and really different.

We stayed at Hotel Murillo: I booked online, it was quite cheap (??90 Euros), wasn't expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised: quite a posh hotel right bang in the centre; down a little alley no distance at all from the cathedral/Alcazar.

The room was quite small, I suppose and there was a bit of noise outside at night, but I would definitely go again.
