Have any of you been to a hotel or apartment with a good creche or nanny service in Portugal. I know that Simply Travel do holidays with nanny service but I wondered if anyone had actually experienced either a hotel or apartment holiday with childcare and could recommend. DD is 16 months and will be about 20 months by the time we travel so kids clubs from 2 are no good. We ideally want a nanny or creche for half a day each day. Another essential is a separate bedroom for dd which makes me think an apartment is better. I have looked on Babygoes2 at a lot of the golf resorts but I actually want to be near to a town / village with restaurants / shops etc. Any recommendations gratefully received.
BTW, it doesn't have to be Portugal, Southern France would also be fine.
