We just want to lie around and read. There is a resort nearby i think for eating in the evenings.Only 15 mins to airport and we don't want major travel as have had stressful few months and we are knackered!I have been to fornells and loved it too

I don't remember Binibeca being all that good - we drove to other beaches (can't remember why). I wouldn't go back there.

noddyholder · 25/07/2008 17:34

Went to Binibeca this May. There are 2 resorts side by side. One is architect designed, no beach, has a few restaurants and bars (mix of reasonably authentic and tourist eats. Other is mostly villas, has a nice beach, with beach bar, lifeguards and toilets. Just past there is an apartment complex with restaurants that look out on to the sea.

It was quiet, but that's what we wanted and we liked our stay. Car hire is good to get to Mahon and other resorts. Particularly enjoyed Es Grau

We have looked at other resortd but don't like them but do want short flight and quick transfers as we only want to relax and have no need for big water parks etc.So we're off to binibeca for a week in a fortnight!First ever package holiday but really good value so fingers crossed

Great beaches, peace and quiet.! Joy!

Visit Ciutadella, the restaurants in the port are great- try the shellfish stew- typical of the island. yum yum.

Sit back, relax and enjoy!
