.numbers and everything, and despite my absolute resolve not to fly again, it seems too much of a lovely thing for my dds not to got ahead with. Particularly as they both say they're the only people in their class not to have been on a plane

Am sort of prepared to let them go on this, but the school letter reads as follows:

Flights have to be booked within the next few days. The website is www.easyjet.com and the flight details are as follows:

Outbound: EZY2313 Sat 11 OCT Luton to Caglairi 0710/1055

Inbound EZY2314 Sat 18 OCT C to O 1125/1315.

This, despite dd1's birthday on the 18th, and dd2's Y6 week away on the 20th, and despite my incredibe, unspeakable fear of doing it, I'm unable to find that flight.

Can anyone help?

Desperate not to let them down.

Have found an outward flight at 07:10, tho it's not showing any flight numbers. Am just about to check return

lilolilmanchester · 24/07/2008 22:43

yup, can see return flight too. Not showing flight number again at the point I've got to, but there's only going to be one flight at that time.

sophiaverloren · 24/07/2008 22:43

I have just found them - about £100 per person.

Luton is listed as London Luton if that helps (sometimes you can miss the obvious, apologies if that's not relevant!)

These seem to be the only flights on those days.

2sugars · 24/07/2008 22:44

BTW, meant to mention I haven't travelled on air since I was 15, with my mum, and now I'm 43

2sugars, am going to bed in 10 mins or so. How can I help you further?

sophiaverloren · 24/07/2008 22:46

oooh, but easyjet virgin here - an extra 42 quid for your luggage.

and I can't find flight numbers anywhere!

lilolilmanchester · 24/07/2008 22:48

sophie, I think you'll get the flight numbers further down the line. I can't see that it will be an issue because there's only one flight going out on that date/time so has to be the right flight

sophiaverloren · 24/07/2008 22:49

Yes, I guess you're right. Just paranoid about all details matching!

Have we helped you 2sugars?

2sugars · 24/07/2008 22:52

DD is showing a paddy, not realising there aren't many flights on that aircraft left. Is there anyway you can show me that, before I send her off to sleep and show her that by her stubborness she's missed the boat?

lilolilmanchester · 24/07/2008 22:54

sorry, not sure I know what you mean.
Do you want to book it tonight? If so, I (and Sophia if she's still around) can talk you through it.

sophiaverloren · 24/07/2008 22:55

still here!

2sugars, don't want to leave you in the lurch - do you need anything or are you sorted now?

2sugars · 25/07/2008 01:58

Oh, no don't leave me! we just had a 4 hour notice that one of H's army friends was arriving in that following 4 hours. They went off to the pub together and now I'm still as worried. x

2sugars · 25/07/2008 02:10

God, what I meant to say was sorry that H had to take his pal to the pub, I had to take dds to bed.

Have been woken up by them coming home, and sorry for the absence. Could anyone do me a link?

I'm back but supposed to be working - tell me where you got to and we'll figure it out!

Hulababy · 25/07/2008 09:28

Sorry, a bit sdense this morning. But what is it you are wanting to find out/know?

gscrym · 25/07/2008 09:37

The flights are there, it just doesn't show the numbers. Total cost for adult and 2 kids is about £360.
