We have a lovely Linden Homes new-built (2005) 3/4 bedroom mid terraced town house in the sought-after area of Emmer Green in Reading. En-suite master bedroom. Cloakroom downstairs. Large fitted kitchen. Larger than average secluded low maintenance garden (birds and squirrels are our neighbours). 2 allocated car parking spaces. Quiet cul-de-sac off main road.
Would love to swap for a 3/4 bedroom house in Wycombe/Marlow/Beaconsfield area (not council or housing association homes please). The reason being that is where my work is and also where the grandparents are, so their help with babysitting would be great for us instead of the 50/60 minute drive there and 50/60 minute drive back.
