The Elms, Worcester - anyone been?

Planning long weekend with DH's uni friends and their many and various babies and toddlers (including our DS) and we're thinking of booking here. Has anyone been? Do you recommend it? What's the babylistening and creche like?

Not stayed but one of my best mates is head chef there so been up for a few freebies!

Creche is excellent. It and the spa are all brand new (opened in MAy0 and v lush indeed. Food amazing thanks to our chum! Gorge decor and views; quite selective clientele (last time I was up there a vvv famous aging rocker type was having coffee in the lounge).
Can't comment on baby listening but all bedrooms are in main house afaik so a bog standard monitor might be ok.

Excellent - good to know the food is great! Now looking forward to it v much - must try and get myself booked into that SPA for a nice treatment or two...
