baby friendly hotels in biarritz or st jean de luz-any tips?

dh and i are planning 4 days away with dd (who will be 4 months old)in either one of these two towns. does anyone have any hotel recommendations? ideally we would like to stay somewhere that offers babysitting so we can go out for dinner once dd has gone to bed.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Biarritz 4 years ago when DS2 was a mere 16 weeks. I know its a large and impersonal hotel but it was lovely - with a rooftop pool/bar/restaurant and in-house babysitting services .
