Hotel en route from Calais to Brittany - what was that recommendation please?

Someone has recommended a hotel - and the name Novotel Rouen Sud rings a bell - but just wanted to check any recommendations en route from Calais to Brittany - about 2 hours or less from Calais. TIA.

yeah, twas me I recommended the Novotel Rouen Sud - it's fab!! We used it enroute the the vendee. It was a couple of hours from calais and really suted our needs.

Thanks Leslaki. Knew I'd seen it somewhere and am glad I was still able to retrieve the name from the depths of my (foggy) brain!

(next time, if you live west of London, or in fact anywhere except Surrey / Kent / Essex / E Anglia / Cambs, consider getting the ferry from Portsmouth to Cherbourg as you end up much closer the other side and the catamaran crossing is dead fast)
