Anyone been to Fuerteventura - Caleta de Fuste

Has anyone been to Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura? I am considering it in March, but concerned about its proximity to the airport. Is there any disturbance from planes in the resort?

Also, if anyone has any experience of apartments, info gratefully received.

I went there about 9 years ago so it would have been alot less busy than it is now but all the same I don't remember the planes being a problem...I remember them flying over but not being to much of a nuisance.
It was a lovely place and the beach (which I think is man-made) was gorgeous and prefect for little one as it stayed shallow for ages.
As I say it was 9 years ago so alot could have changed but i hope this helps anyway.

Caleta de Fuste was our last holiday abroad in March 2000 (ie shortly before conception of DS) and the planes were no problem. It was warm but there was a strong breeze so be v. careful regarding sun protection.
