blackout shade tip

we are traveling with out little one in august, for the whole month. she does like her room quite dark. does anyone have any suggestions about a good portable blackout shade they bought/made?

We've got one called Baa Baa Blackout Blind. Think we got it from lullabys online

I simply take a couple of pieces of blackout lining with me (about 1 or 1.5m long) and then either drap over exiting curtain rail, of if it's not hot/you have aircon I actually close it in the window IYSWIM.

If you like it, might be worth buying another. Good if you're somewhere with big windows

We take black out lining and clothes pegs to fix to curtain rail over existing curtains
