will be staying with my sister (without ds! woohooo!) and she has offered to take me to see a show but i am totally out of touch with what is on in the west end and what is any good anyway..
any recommendations?
(ps if you are reading this bran - decided to go london anyway as my MIL offered to look after ds, hence not needing the travel cot! )

I'd want to go to see WICKED

loved Billy Elliot too

I've seen Wicked and enjoyed it but it's very, very long...

Chicago is good. If you don't like musicals it's always worth checking out what is on at the Old Vic (under Kevin Spacey) or the Young Vic down the road.

billy elliot is brilliant, the boys who play him are just outstanding.

agree mama mia girlie fun

but my favourite favourite wow is Les Miserables, I could watch it every week. It is so powerful and so emotional. Love it!!

The BE stage show is better then the film and different music - it is scored by Elton John ( I think).
But great sets and fantastic dancing, very moving too.

I saw Joseph recently, but not in West End. Was amazing! (no pun intended). Would love to see the London version

The Lion King is really good too.

Wicked all the way - it's absolutely fantastic.
