Cornwall Caravans

Hi - does anyone know of a nice caravan park in Padstow area of Cornwall. (One where you can just hire a caravan for a week or so.)

good idea robinw. DH and I used to go all the time on our own but dont know of places better for children. I've been to Bedruthan Steps Hotel (child friendly) but it's too expensive for us in high season.

There is a place in Polzeath I think it is called The Valley, they have statics. Polzeath is on the other side of the estuary to Padstow near Rock. It's excellent for children, clean sandy beach and lots of natural paddling pools.MiL etc have been going there every year for almost 30yrs. but they stay in tents at a different site.

Have stayed at Wooda Farm caravan site just outside Bude lots of times, tho pre-child. Cheap, clean, lovely area, good food on site or obviously all around...really like it there.

kizzie & robinw, get the Hoseasons brochure, I can really recommend them, we had a chalet holiday with them in Devon last year, really great place, clean, child friendly, etc. Have booked their for next year too it was so good, and are having a short break in one of their lodges in Easter.
