I have an Airbnb property in a large city. It is not the sort of place you go on holiday. Nearly all of my guests come for either work, study or visiting relatives.
I am just about to put 5he final touches on renovations and start photographing.

All of the YouTube videos on Airbnb photography say “sell the experience “
Well you don’t come to or choose my property for “the experience “. It is a two bed property in a great area. It has fantastic transport links. Unusually for an apartment here, I have a guest parking permit. It explains this all in the listing.
No hot tub. No beautiful view. No games room. Etc
That is not why you would choose me.
Has anyone any ideas for my “hero shot” for my listing. My tinder profile shot.
Rooms are lovely. Exterior just a terrace. No pool, hot tub. Nothing like that.
what could be my “ best” shot.
what else would you like to see?

A fair price.

Is there any way to take a shot that shows the location and it's proximity to amenities? We've got an Airbnb - it's not a pretty house but it is in a beautiful location and our first photo is a drone shot that shows that.

Just a good picture of the interior. It’ll come up on searches for the location. You can sell the parking etc in the description. People will just want to see that it’s not a shithole.

It rented out as a home.
