Who has been on a feb holiday with a 2.5 yo??? Where did you go and what did you do?

DH has just announced he's taken a week off - I'd love to go away for about 3 or 4 nights.

We have a 2.5 yo DS

Sooooo where have you been that was fab with your DC's and why did you like it???

DH and I like picturesque with a few things to visit or national park type place, DS likes the obvious - pools, slides, sand etc etc...

Both DH and DS are the general colour of snow and burn instantly so we cant do a 'just' beach holiday.

We can fly anywhere that BA go thanks to DH's job (but not too far with a 2.5 yo me thinks) - prob max 3 hr flight

Have you thought about Barcelona? You can do the city and then there is the beach area there too where DS can play in the sand. Doubt it would be too warm but he'd probably be more than happy.

Or may be the South of France? Nice is a lovely town to visit as are Monaco and Monte Carlo. Again, close to the beach for DS.
