Mexican adapter advice please

Going to Mexico and trying to take the right power adapters.

• Can you plug your phone into any USB socket you find, or would the voltage be wrong?
• Do you need to take the same 2-pin type adapter you'd take to US?

Yes and yes. USB outlets it's the amount of current they can supply that may be a problem, I'd take a known good charger.

My blow dry brush didn't work in Mexico, even through an adapter. It just whirred sadly.

If you wanted to take anything like that, bear this in mind.

It’s not 230v its 127v so all electrical appliances are slow/weak. So you wont harm your appliances but its slow

Treat it like USA. USB is fine.
