Anyone know Pals on the Costa Brave?

I am taking my 3 kids there for the first time on Friday and would love any tips of what to see/do/ places to eat etc. We are in an apartment for the first week and camping for the second.

oh my gawd i was there before!!! it was about nine years ago though. its so gorge. cant remember anywhere though so no good . the actual old town is gorgeous to walk around.

i'll ask my mum tomorrow as she has been there a few times since and hopefully i'll remember to get back to you with a few tips.
