Taking 3 elderly relatives to France for a week.

We were planning on driving and hiring a house with a pool for a week or so. Taking 3 elderly relatives with us so whilst they can walk ideally it needs to be somewhere quiet but flat walk to shops etc so we don’t have to keep getting them in the car. Any recommendations of areas along the north west coast?

How elderly are they? Have you checked travel insurance quotes for taking them abroad? It can be very expensive just in case that's a consideration.

How far are you prepared to drive? Normandy landings around Arromanche and Caen is interesting. Rouen is great. But the coast of Brittany is amazing but a much longer drive. I think (given holidays with elderly father) I’d go for the easier option!
