UK farm holiday with pool, play barn and pub for families

I am looking for the Holy Grail.
A farm holiday with animals and access to a indoor swimming pool and a play barn. With a pub nearby and a games room for the adults.
Anywhere in the UK.
For May half term 2027
Maybe close to the sea and/or within driving distance of attractions.
Either in one cottage with 4 beds or separate cottages. To suit 7 adults and 2 young children.

Haven't checked availability but I believe this place fits the bill: https://www.beechfarm.com/ we have stayed there several times over the years with young children and parents etc

For an actual farm park with indoor play and a really nice pub down the road Easton Farm Park has lovely holiday cottages on site. They also have glamping options. No pool is the only catch.
