Wellness retreat experiences

I am really wanting to go on a wellness retreat to completely detox from everything and everyone. Ive had so many health problems and pressure from people . I just want to go alone or somewhere with no men. I need to really think about myself and be pampered and looked after for once in my life.

I want something in England, solo, just women please. If anyone has experienced this please let me know.
I dont have a budget as my peace in life would just mean so much more.

Thanks in advance

Sorry, not helpful, but I hope you get some recommendations so I can go as well.

I could do with this as well.

Are there any spas in hotels you can look at? I know someone who every year gets the train to the lake district and just rests and walks.

Alternatively, could you just book in some things for you? I’m currently looking at a sound healing, yoga and meditation day in my area.

Do ypu like yoga? Lots of yoga retreats around the country for weekends.
