Posted about this ages ago but we have finally got round to it. Flying early next month in to Naples, back from Rome. Does this seem reasonable?
Day 1 - arrive Naples. Hotel Naples
Day 2 - Pompeii & Vesuvius - back to Naples
Day 3 - Boat Trip to Sorrento / Amalfi. Back to Naples
Day 4 -Herculaneum, back to Naples, ferry to Ischia
Day 5 - Ischia
Day 6 - Ischia - boat trip?
Day 7 - Travel to Rome via Naples
Day 8 - Rome
Day 9 - Rome Colosseum Forum etc
Day 10 - Rome Vatican
Day 11 - travel home
All very last minute so accommodation choices are limited! Ischia accommodation is booked & we are looking at 3 nights in Naples (hotel? not booked yet - any recommendations for cheapish hotels not in too dodgy an area would be welcome!) and 3 nights Air BnB in Rome (extortionate but thats what we get for leaving it so late…)
