What would you do on a long weekend in New York?

Going to New York in November - we love culture and are staying very centrally in manhattan. What would you do with a long weekend?

Frick Collection, Metropolitan Museum, Sotheby's, Christie's for art. Maybe a concert at the Lincoln Center or Carnegie Hall.
Thanksgiving Holiday is Thursday, November 26, so check opening times if you're going to be there over that weekend..
