Where can we go October HT with warm pools?

Looking for hotel reccomemdations for family holiday October HT, older kids, where the pool is heated or naturally not freezing. Last few years we've gone to Rhodes where the weather is nice but pool is freezing!

I'm thinking of Cyprus, Crete, Canaries maybe, are there any 4/5 star hotels people can recommend with pleasantly swimmable pools? Ideally not long haul as think that will blow the budget as we will be 2 adults, 3 children 10-16 (and maybe also an adult child). Not Egypt.

Gloria palace amardores in Gran Canaria. A lot of the hotels there will be heated.

Alexandre grande teguise in Costa Teguise has a heated pool and will be nice weather

I think the pools are freezing, dh thinks they are fine in the canaries, most hotels heat at least one ish. I last stayed at the bahia in adeje Tenerife which apart from the far too cool hot tub was nice (December so cooler), multiple restaurants and themed nights in the buffet, public bus outside to the resort centre, Marina etc. better if you want a beach is fuerteventura, magic life has a beautiful beach down steps from the pool area, again multiple restaurants included but it’s been 4 years since I’ve been so can’t vouch for pool temperatures, they were warm then.

All of the pools at HD Parque Cristobal are heated in winter.

We normally go to Lanzarote in Oct HT. heated pools and plenty to do.

You’ll need a heated pool anywhere in the med in October. The sea should be warmer than an unheated pool

You went to Rhodes! The sea is spectacular at that time of year! Just leave the hotel complex?

Some of the Mitsis’s hotels in Greece have heated pools. Mainly the Selection ones.

Cyprus is great for warm sea but pools are baltic.

I know. We have spent many, many hours in the sea off Rhodes over 4 October half terms including swiming, snorkelling and boat rides. We do not stay in a complex. We also like to have some days at the pool.

I also don't want to go to rhodes again, having been 4 years in a row, as nice as it is.

Arum Barut in Turkey has a big heated pool and the sea is glorious at that time of year too

Barcelo Playa Blanca in Lanzarote has heated pools.

@allthemind Croatia is not guaranteed hot weather in October (early 20's). Possibly some rainy days. But the sea is still warm and the touristy areas are mostly open.

Seaside Los Jameos in Lanzarote had a nice heated pool when we were there a couple of years ago.
