Best 5 hotel in the Caribbean for young families? I have a 5 and 7 year old - travelling from the UK. I’m debating Beaches in Turks and Caicos or Beaches or Half Moon in Jamaica but have been to Jamaica before and ideally would like to try another island. I would love to go to Barbados but can’t find a 5 that is focused on kids specifically - ie proper kids pools and great kids clubs and don’t want to risk a 4* as it’s a long way to travel and one of my daughters can get bored easily, so need to make sure there are lots of entertainment facilities if need be. If the kids are having a good time, then my hope is I can relax 😂

thank you!

Have a look at Coconut Bay in St Lucia - it isn't glitzy glam modern 5* but the facilities are brilliant, as is the food. The beach isn't the best in the summer due to sargassum, so that would be the trade off, but the pools were good and the kids club staff were so friendly. We went last year with then 7 and 9 year old and they've both begged to go back. It was the first all inclusive holiday we'd ever done having previously been snobbish about them, but I'm now sold in the idea as I actually got to relax. The two big evening shows they did with dinner outside were amazing too (and I'm not someone who likes "hotel entertainment" and my boys aren't into kids discos).
