Anywhere in Italy with good 'summercards' or free activities similar to Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Seefeld/Zell am See?

Would like to go to Italy in July, looking at Rome (which I know will be hot) and then somewhere in the northern region (maybe by the lakes or the dolomites).

Kids are 11-18 and active. Parts of Lake Garda look great but I am worried that we would spend a fortune on paid activities (SUP rental, bike rental, high ropes courses etc) and as there are 3 of them it quickly adds up.

What I would love is somewhere with a set up similar to Saalbach-Hinterglemm or the other Austrian Summercards, where there is plenty to do (walks/cable cars/swimming pools etc) without spending a fortune once you are there.

Any suggestions?

Following - currently in Hinterglemm and would love something similar in another country the Joker card has been fantastic! (The best we've had compared to St Johan and Walchsee)

Following too! Got back from Zell am See yesterday. The 'summer card' scheme is fantastic and saved us so much money. Would love to know of other places that have something similar.

I remember seeing in Lakes and mountains brochures that some of the Dolomites hotels feature these cards.

We have loved Hinterglemm-Saalbach and Seefeld too and are interested in doing the same sort of mountains / walking etc holiday in a new country. The Joker card scheme for the lifts etc is fantastic and the public transport links make it easy to do without a car. Italy would be fab. I wondered about Morzine in France, I read that they have a similar card, but I don't know much about the area.

Trentino Guest Card

Quite a few of us looking! Thanks for the link to the Trentino card, that seems to be the nearest thing, but the Austrian ones seem to be more comprehensive.

Yes Morzine has the Multipass, very similar, and I believe other French Alps resorts do too. No idea about Italy however

The Multipass costs €3 per day I think. It covers lifts and local buses and some town run activities like the large pool, tennis courts, mini golf etc. It doesn’t cover high ropes or bike hire or other more “adrenaline” activities although sometimes it gets you a discount as I recall. We really enjoyed Morzine and would recommend- avoid the Harley festival weekend though!

Obviously not Italy that you asked about, but I second the multipass in morzine. It also includes the swimming centre in avoriaz and ice rink in morzine, mini golf etc as well as lots of discounts on other activities.

Hopefully someone will come along knowing about an Italian one (though morzine and montriond are lovely!).
