Italy recommendations for me and teen

My 15yo DD told me the other day that she would like to go abroad as a family to celebrate the end of her GCSEs next summer. Maybe to Italy as she loves Italian food. I'm thinking that it might be nicer/cheaper/easier to leave her autistic sister and dairy-allergy dad behind though, making it a special time just for me and her.

Does anyone have any recommendations for where to go in Italy for a few days? It must be gorgeous, sunny, delicious and typicallly-Italian, but not extortionate. I'm thinking maybe Lake Garda? Or Pisa? She hasn't travelled much so I want it to be a real experience for her (but relaxing too!)

Florence? They do some lovely cookery days in the hills that I’d recommend. You get picked up in town, taken on a tour of the market to buy the fresh produce, then you all cook a meal at a vineyard. Florence is lovely too (Pisa is a bit meh apart from the tower!)

We love Florence - Rome’s smaller and classier sister and deffo do a day trip to Pisa, it’s very beautiful
We also loved Sorrento - you can visit Pompeii and Capri from there. You can also take a swim in the Bagni Regina Giovanna when you’re there.
Rimini is also lovely with great seafood, the beaches are ok too. From Rimini take the bus to San Marino, it’s so pretty.
I was going to recommend Rome but I’m don’t think it’ll be relaxing especially in the summer.

Pisa is very easy with a teen.

DD absolutely loved Siena at that age too.

Florence very easy to get to also. Fly to Pisa and train to florence from outside the airport.
