Booking a three-centre Egypt holiday: specialist agent or do it yourself?

Looking to book a 3 centre holiday to Egypt in December. Want to do Cairo, Nile cruise and time at the beach for diving. Would you recommend booking through a specialist agent or doing it yourself. If we do it ourselves should we book flights as a multitrip tour or separately. I don't know where to start!

I did cairo Aswan and Luxor and we booked through Kuoni it was fabulous. I was a travel agent and had every faith in them.

These days probably trailfinders would be a good start or Audley if your in that budget

I used discoveregypt.co.uk for a multi-trip - Cairo, Luxor, Nile cruise, Lake Nasser cruise, Abu Simbel. Many planes & transfers involved, everything went very smoothly, & the price was very good - cheaper than d-i-y & no stress whatsoever.
I'd highly recommend them.

Going for a three centre visit for the second time with discover Egypt soon. They adapted both holidays to suit our exact needs. Cannot fault them.

We've been to Egypt twice (Cairo, Luxor and diving). We organised everything ourselves and it was very straightforward.
