What to pack and see in Francavilla Fontana, Puglia?

visiting Francovilla Fontana, Puglia for 4 days can anyone recommend what to pack and any 'must sees' whilst we're there please?

Matera and Alberobello are both nearby and must sees, also Bari, there are so many towns, villages to see, you'll be kept busy.

Franco villa Fontana also has loads of great restaurants 😊
