How much cash to take for a week in Cyprus?

Staying all inclusive for a week, so just planning on a few bus rides, and maybe drinks when we’re out and about. I’m assuming any big purchases and restaurant meals out I can use a card. I don’t use cash in UK, and am feeling a bit clueless as to how the Cypriots do things.

I usually take about £100 on that type of holiday to cover tips and fares etc, then use a card for everything else.

You can use card pretty much anywhere. If you have a Monzo or the likes you can withdraw easily too so don’t take loads. Also you get a better rate exchanging it there too. There will be dedicated kiosks in tourist areas and some shops offer great rates too

Apart from a tip to the taxi driver on the transfers I didn’t use any cash.

That’s all really helpful, thank you - What’s the expected tip for a taxi? (We’re having a coach transfer, so I’m guessing the coach driver doesn’t expect a tip?)
