Family holiday for sporty son

We have just had a caravan holiday at park dean it's become obvious our 8 year old is not for the kids entertainment.

He likes to swim
Play football
Cricket
Go karts
Play pool
Play darts
Doesn't mind an arcade

Anyone recommend any holidays where its relaxing for adults but plenty of organised activities for kids.
