My dh and I are planning our first child free holiday next February, some big birthdays to celebrate. We want to go somewhere with nice beaches and a warm sea that is swimable, we’re not so keen on pools. Bonus points for a bit of culture, nice cuisine (I don’t like curry), markets/ shops always a winner with me. Maldives is a definite no, not enough of anything going on other than beach- we’ve been married over 30 years! Don’t fancy a safari either.
We have done some Far east and Caribbean before having kids, but so many years ago it’s hard to remember.
Budget up to 4K each if I love it.
