Why is there no travel advise against travelling to areas with wildfires?

This means people won’t be covered by insurance if they cancel and may not be able to cancel/ exchange their tickets/accommodation without losing money.
Why is this?

There was a travel advisory for France. I get notifications for that. It was removed on 3rd August.
