Dinner timing at Puy Du Fou... Help

Hi all,
We are going to Puy du Fou mid August and while looking at tickets, I was suggested to reserve a restaurant for a discount. I never thought about this.
Is it much more expensive or will we not even be able to get a table in a restaurant if I don't reserve?
I am mostly worried about timing. I have no idea when the last show ends for me to reserve a proper time, and not to miss our nightly show Les Noces de Feu.
Should I reserve for 7:00pm 7:30pm or 8:15pm? I want to use my time for shows, not eating. Is 7 pm to early? Will I miss the night show if I reserve 8:15?
I am still waiting for more pass emotion to be released so I haven't bought tickets. If all restaurant reservations are filled, what are my options? Do I still need to reserve Click and Collect? Will there be savings in Click and Collect? Also, most restaurants have terrible reviews... so maybe I shouldn't bother but just stick to fast food?

We ate in the Roman restaurant, before the night show - can’t remember the timing sorry. Food was really underwhelming tbh. I’d say eat whatever / whenever is most convenient, definitely don’t work anything around a restaurant meal.
If they haven’t released more Pass emotion by now, they may not… you could try asking them although the customer services phone queue is long.

I eventually got the emotion pass, 8 days before my date.
