Any suggestions please for somewhere that is:-

• geared up for small children (age 3) or at least has plenty of child friendly activities nearby.
• dog friendly
• ideally with a hot tub
• 2 bedrooms or more
• bonus points for less than 3 hour drive from the Midlands (Northamptonshire)

We generally do Center Parcs or Forest Holidays but wondering if there are any hidden gems we are missing…

Airbnb literally anywhere, you can filter your search for hot tubs and bedroom requirements.

Gear it up for a 3yo? What does that mean? Take a bedguard with you, a couple of story books, a colouring book some crayons and a football, job done.

Where would you like to go? The country is your oyster!

PS I have a 3yo.

Darwin Forest or Ribby Hall

Woolley Grange or another of the hotels in that group - completely geared up for families and always have an indoor pool.
baby friendly boltholes is a great website for holiday rentals with young children. We went to one in the new forest with a hot tub and small animals to pet. Lovely!
I’d also recommend staying at Port Lympne down in Kent. They have treehouses which are actually just houses on stilts (so not summer dependent) and you can drive around the safari park in a golf buggy to save the little legs. So much fun but can be extortionate so we did it before we were chained to the school holidays and also go a great deal on Secret escapes.
hope you find somewhere great!
