UK breaks... does anything like this exist?

We're a family of 5 (2 adults, DC (2, 8 and 10) and we're looking for a relaxing, AI, pool kind of holiday... but in the UK

Does anything like this even exist? I know the pool might be indoor rather than outdoor, and it might be half board rather than AI, but is there anything like that holiday-where-everything-is-taken-care-of kind of vibe in the UK?

Centerparcs? Or a Hydro Hotel? Never been to either, but get the impression that would cover it...?

First two on a Google search are Potters retreat and The Manor & Ashbury resort…both seem to fit what you want!

Center Parcs won’t be anything close to AI - they give you a little kitchen to cook in or you go out to eat in their vastly over priced restaurants.

We've done Center Parcs and loved it, but were thinking of that at Christmas.

Had great times in both.

The Tawny hotel have an outside pool and include dinner and breakfast packages.

Potters resorts is one and I believe there is Away resorts who do a half board option, think its Mill Rythe. We looked at it years ago but never went.

Potters looks nice but honestly for the price we have never tried it as you can get so much more for your money elsewhere.

You could do something like center parcs or bluestone and just pay to eat out each day, might work out cheaper than options like potters.

I was going to say Butlins. Not sure how nice the accommodation is though or the food ?

AI drinks will be a rare find even if you stay H/FB in a hotel but you might be able to open a tab backed up by a credit card to just charge things to your room.

Won't be cheap though.

Another Place in the Lake District?

We like Dylan Coastal Resort but it's nothing like an all inclusive resort.

Ive started to look at some and it looks like we'd be as well going abroad!

I loved the idea of Butlins... until I saw someone's review online 😬 they said in the school hols it wasnt that much cheaper than Center Parcs either.

The Potters one looks fab
