Is there enough in Prague to keep us busy for a week?

We have a trip booked dor theee nights and we’re thinking about extending to a full week but not sure if there’ll be enough to do.

thanks

What kind of things are you interested in? There are plenty of day trips out of Prague easily doable by public transport, which is efficient and cheap. We go several times a year to visit family. The city itself - 3 days is about right.
If you are going with children, a day at Aquapalace water park is great but gets very busy at weekends and local school holidays.

Just got back from a week in Prague with DH. We found plenty to do, but it depends on who you're going with (any young children?) and their interests.

In 6 full days we did 2 day trips (Karlstejn and Kutna Hora), and 4 in Prague. In Prague we went to a number of museums, the castle, churches, up a few towers, and a walk or two when our brains were too full to take in any more culture.

I did 5 nights for a big birthday and there was plenty to do. I went on an excursion on the middle day outside of Prague and also had some spa time each afternoon so it felt more like a regular holiday and less like a traditional city break where it’s tempting to fit loads in.
