Seville restaurant recommendations

Hi, heading to Seville soon and looking for some restaurant recommendations! It's going to be sweltering so would rather book in advance rather than wander round picking on the day. Tapas obviously but open to other options too if there are some good Italian/Thai/Japanese Thanks!

I have a sister who lives in Spain.

I visit every summer, do a night before and just wander around for food.
Found a lovely Thai restaurant. All the tapas and Spanish ones were booked by the locals.

We had amazing food here a couple of years ago. Really reasonably priced tapas and very delicious too!

You really don’t need to book anywhere. Just walk around and you will see hundreds and hundreds of lovely looking restaurants everywhere you can see. It probably the least stressful place to eat out I’ve ever been.
However we did love Restaurante El Pinton.

Lots of nice bars and restaurants down the side of the Cathedral. Bit touristy but fine.
