Centre parcs cycle hire

Off to centreparcs Whinfell in August. Just tried to pre book bikes and no availability on the website. Do they have bikes you can hire on arrival or does this mean they are completely sold out?

You’ve left it too late now and they will be sold out. You need to book them months in advance.

Just logged back in and now full availability. Must have been a glitch.
I’m sure when I’ve booked last minute in the summer we had been able to just turn up and hire bikes but it’s been a while.
