Where are you going during the school holidays this year with your family?

We’re going to Crete for 2 weeks self catering, after having to cancel our holiday last year I’m so looking forward to it

Had our holiday already (summer holidays started 1st of June) we went to the UK for nearly 4 weeks, most of it by the seaside in Suffolk and a few days in Wiltshire. Loved every minute of it.

Eurocamp in Brittany for just over a week - nice pool and playground in site, and very close a sandy beach and little town. Perfect.

Ireland / Norway / Scotland - looks like I’ll be hopefully escaping the heatwave(s)!!

Off for a week in Woolacombe today then AI in Turkey end of August

Tahiti & LA, weekend in Lisbon & St Ives.

Pembrokeshire.

Greece for a week, Dorset for a week, and then a short Spain break at the end of the school hols.

Just got back from Saundersfoot in Pembrokeshire. Beautiful and not a football shirt or duck lip in sight.

I love Woolacombe so much. Have a fab time.

Majorca for a fortnight in September with my three adult children.

We really need it and can't wait. It is to help us begin to heal a bit after the deaths of first my lovely DH earlier this year and then my mother just weeks later. It has been a shit year and we need something to look forward to.

Highlands. I hate it there, but family love it, so.

Sri Lanka

A week in Croatia, we are just back. Istria to be specific. Flew into pula, and rented a villa for a week. It was amazing. Beautiful towns, but also snorkelling and inflatable bouncy things and a water slide park for the teenagers. Lots of lovely Italian style food. Temp about 30 which is fine for us. Overall really lovely.

We are going about 80km south of La Rochelle, to euro camp/ roan - I can’t wait. I love the chilled out campsite life, the wine, and the delicious salty butter on french bread 😋

A week in the Algarve Portugal

Florida and a short cruise to Bahamas.

Rhodes in August for a week staying in an adults only hotel our suite has it’s own private pool overlooking the sea. Myself Dh and Dd who is 21.My dad passed away suddenly in April so the last couple of months have been difficult so we are ready to get away and spend some time together.
Two nights in London in September just myself and Dd before she goes back to university.

Rye, East Sussex. Tend to holiday in this country in the summer and go abroad at a different time of year

Turkey. All inclusive so DH can eat whatever he wants for a week without us worrying. Nice hotel, pool, just chill for a week.

Just had a lovely week on the Isle of Wight. One of our favourite places. Trying to think of somewhere else to go too.. some good ideas here!
