Last minute sunshine holiday ideas

I have some annual leave this month and have been trying to find something to suit us all.
There are the two of us and 13yo DS. He loves football, sports in general, waterparks, and makes holiday friends easily. He'd like a hotel with a football pitch, and possibly some big slides.
DH is happy chilling somewhere with a beer, and would like to be in an area close to bars and restaurants.
I want to have options for day trips, and preferably within 3 hours flying time

We like all inclusive for the ease and flexibility (we'll still go out for food and drinks).

Budget is up to £3.5k for a week.

Does anyone have any recommendations of destinations and hotels?

Have a look at the Protur Hotels in Sa Coma, Majorca. I'm sure they have their own waterpark that serves the Protur Hotel chain there - and are extremely sports orientated.

I think it may have been called Protur Safari?

I haven't stayed there personally - it's part of a group of Protur Hotels close by.
