Inflammatory question but can you use a Nicorette inhalator on a plane?

I’m going on a very long haul flight and currently trying to stop vaping using the inhaler.

As it doesn’t emit a vapour etc can it be used on a plane?

The airline only states that vapes cannot be used, for obvious reasons, and doesn’t mention the inhalators.

Anyone have any knowledge?

Ring an airline! For this! It’s undoubtedly on their website.

Just asked emirates. They don’t know either. They have no policy on them and say it’s up to the discretion of the cabin crew 🤔"

Absolutely fine - there’s no smell, vapour or even sound. I’d probably not make it obvious, though. They’re really effective, by the way.

@FWC2026. Yes, you’re right. I’ll get some now to try. I feel like I’m trying to find a way to smuggle illegal goods 😂

🤣🤣

I've never smoked, so never had to give up. Thankfully! I have helped a couple of EX's give up (each more than once!!🙇🏻‍♀️) very different personalities etc, but both said the physical habit was harder to break than the nicotine addiction.💁🏻‍♀️

I hate smoking and vaping, but if you were sitting next to me on a flight using your inhaler wouldn't bother me at all. I think it would be easy enough to do it discreetly not to attract the crews attention, but as I said for your own sake, I think you should try the patches and try really hard to break the habit of having a thing to smoke puff on or inhale

Best of luck xx
