Ive never been to an all inclusive but would like to try one. I would love some recommendations for places hopefully that has decent food. Want somewhere thats a relatively short flight (under 4 hours). Just want a nice resort with some little nearby towns to explore too.

Was looking at places like Costa del sol, Tenerife or Gran Canaria but open to other suggestions.

Would love any suggestions.

Maybe a bit far, but Asimina Suites near Paphos, Cyprus.

Lindos Blu is fab food but not AI for drinks.

It's expensive, but my favourite hotel to date is Melia Paradisus in Lanzarote. It's in Costa Teguise which is a lovely town to explore - beautiful beach, gorgeous hotel and I'm hoping to go back in 2027!

We stayed at Biomar Majorca last year. We actually stayed in the family side but they have an adults only side too and I ventured over there a couple of times when dh was busy with teenage ds. It was absolutely lovely. Food was amazing and we had a great time. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

These are all great suggestions thank you. @SparrowsandbudgiesI love the look of this one

I'd look for an adults-only resort that's close to a town rather than completely isolated. That way you can enjoy the convenience of all-inclusive but still have places to explore, eat, and walk around nearby. Majorca, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, and Cyprus all have plenty of options that fit what you're looking for.

Tui Blue Suite Princess on Gran Canaria is lovely. Lots of sunbeds and shows every night. For something livelier, the Neptuno in Massapolomas, Gran Canaria. Lots of bars and clubs nearby and a lively hotel bar in the evening.

What’s your budget like?

There are 5 of us and we have been finding lots for around £2k per person but open to a higher budget for somewhere nice.

We stayed in Cabo Corfu last year, absolutely gorgeous hotel and far enough outside of Kavos you wouldn't have known you were in a "party town". It was however quite isolated so day trips anywhere were a long day out, but we did want to unwind and this was a great place to do so

Yes. Hopefully will get to again one day!

Tui blue medulin croatia, just got back and the food is fantastic. Flight 2.5 hours from Manchester.
Ignore how the hotel looks from the front, inside and the pool are fab.
You can visit Pula 15 mins by car, we went to several other towns on trips organised by TUI

A tad over your desired flight duration but we went for 10 days to Rosa Beach, just outside Sharm el Sheikh. Sharm el Sheikh is pants and some of the resorts near the main town were a bit average but Rosa Beach was an incredible AI. Child free swimming pool which was lovely and quiet, delicious food and generous wine with lunch and dinner each day.

Slightly further but Liberty Lykia in Turkey is a beautiful adults only! We’ve been 3 times
