Is it still popular for holidays? What part is best to go to?

We went in January.
we had a great time - we stayed in Sidi Bou Said- some good restaurants and lovely views.
we went to an amazing temple site with a colleseum and underground baths.
Carthage is amazing
we liked the souls in Tunis

Is that the place that is similar to Santorini?

We went last October to Skanes and it was amazing. I’d go back again and would also like to try Hammamet.
