Hotel & Flight Packages - Hotel for only part stay

Does anyone know which airlines/sites allow you to book a flight and hotel package but with the hotel stay only covering part of the stay, e.g. a 5 night holiday but just 3 nights in a hotel?

I'm sure one of the sites i've looked had had an option to tick "I only need a hotel for part of my stay" but I can't find one now.

And as soon as i post the question, I've found it. It was British Airways but only if you go to the website in a certain way.

I think I've seen it on BA holiday site, but not sure.
If not, contact them, they're very helpful.
