I feel like I’m going round in circles. I am trying to update my insurance policy pre-existing conditions. I contacted Santander via phone and they said to contact Chubb, I called them and they said to submit via the “take me to Chubb” button on my Santander banking app, which I cannot find for the life of me. I feel like it shouldn’t be this hard! I have no log in details for Chubb as it’s all through the bank. I am about to throw my phone in a tantrum and give up 🤣 Anyone else have any ideas?
