Somewhere sand-free to spend last day in Corfu

Heading off to Corfu later this month. Have to leave our villa at 10am on the last day but our flight isn't until 10pm. Just wondering if anyone knows somewhere we could hang out that day with a pool, preferably between the north and the airport. I don't want a fancy beach club with fancy prices - thinking somewhere where we could use the facilities as long as we buy drinks and food. I came on here a few years ago asking the same thing for Crete and a lovely Mumsnetter recommended somewhere similar. If all else fails we'll just do the Waterpark that day.

Corfu town has a town ‘beach’ that is just off a slip by the walls of the town. There is a bar , restaurant and no sand

If you can swing by Paleokastritsa, (north west,) there are two places i would happily spend a day.
The Mermaid has a lovely pool you can use all day and snack/ drinks bar and The Accapulco the same with wonderful views from the cliff top across the bay of Liapades.
Both have plenty of sunbeds and shade.
The Accapulco has lovely gardens too.

Akron bar in Paleo also has a pool, food, drinks etc. We waited there during in the day too. You can probably get a bus to the airport from there too?

Thanks both. We are staying in the North East so Paleokastritsa would be an option. We have a hire car so no problem getting to the airport.

Probably completely unhelpful but you could hire a little motorboat in Kassiopi and visit lovely pebble beaches for swimming, snorkelling and a late lunch. Somewhere like Agni or Kalami. Shower on beach, drive boat back to Kassiopi and off to the airport.

I was going to suggest Kassiopi. There are hotels with pools you can hang around as long as you buy a drink and or food.

You can also get the bus to the green bus station in Corfu Town from the stop really near to Akron. From the green bus station it's 5 mins on the blue bus to departures at the airport.

We really like the Angel Pool Bar in Paleokastritsa if you want cheaper and more homely.
