Travel insurance recommendations for Peru and Chile with high altitude cover

Hello - I'm looking into insurance for my daughter's trip to Peru and Chile. Bolivia is also on the itinerary but pretty sure that will now need to be bypassed.

She's with a friends and they are doing a the Inca Trail, which reaches 4600m, but also have a day trip to Rainbow Mountain, which is 5,036m, so they will need additional cover.

I'm looking at Big Cat Travel insurance. Has anyone used them? Or any other suggestions would be great! World Nomads seem very expensive (but happy to pay for decent cover) and also get some bad reviews.

Thanks!

DS used SportsCover Direct when he was doing an overseas competition and needed specialist cover. They do trekking at altitude cover too.

Never had to claim though so can’t comment on that side of things.
